Centre gets £250 cheque to spend






    Sister Christine sends us news of St. Theresa's Family Centre in Peterborough where parents and children alike jumped for joy recently when the centre landed a cash windfall of £250. The centre specialises in giving parents the chance to improve the relationships they have with their children.

    It caters for up to 12 families every day and deals with children under seven. Everyone is welcome and every day presents a new challenge. The cheque was presented by United Friendly to the Centre which was the worthy winner in the monthly joint venture between the Herald and Post Newspaper and United Friends
